Fired Up BBQ were invited by the organisers of the Kangaroo Valley Show to serve food in the bar area. We set up on the Friday afternoon of the show, serving our smoked cheeseburgers and wings.
We stayed overnight, and had the trusty smoker going right through. We cooked up some of our fantastic, 12 hour smoked brisket and pulled pork. We also served up ribs. Despite the heavens opening, and flooding our site more than once, we served well in excess of 200 happy customers over the weekend.
Remember that we can set up our pop-up stall at any event you might be having, and can cater any size party.
