A Taste Of The Shire 2017

Fired Up BBQ were proud to be part of this fantastic event. The festival was massive, and very very well attended.

The weather was fine, and the people came on their thousands to sample some of the best food that the Sutherland Shire has to offer.

Fired Up BBQ set up early evening on the Saturday, and stayed on site overnight to smoke up some of our Famous Brisket and Pulled Pork.

As the event is geared towards samples, we took a different approach to normal, offering slider sized Brisket Rolls, Pulled Pork Rolls and Smoked Cheeseburgers. Add to this our Burnt Ends, Pork Ribs, Mac & Cheese and Jalapeno Poppers, and we had a fantastic range of food for the masses to try.

We had queues about 10-deep for most of the day. Thanks to the hard work of our staff, and the patience of our awesome customers, we served in excess of 3oo people, making this the biggest event in our history (so far!!).
